Bookings open every Sunday by 12pm for the following week:(Not the upcoming week)

Example: January 22nd-28th will be open online Sunday January 14th

-A non refundable booking fee of $2.22 is required to secure your appointment. (This does not go towards your service) If you need to cancel or reschedule a new booking fee is required.

-Payments can be paid via: Cash, Cashapp ($BraidsBeautyBeyond) Zelle Pay or Apple Pay (4047133631) Debit/Credit (4% processing fee) Klarna, Affirm, & Afterpay accepted!

Remember Beauties:

Once your appointment is scheduled changes can only be requested 72 hours before scheduled appointment time. The time needed to complete your booked services has been factored into the schedule.

Most Importantly:

Are you prepared? OK, what about Beyond Prepared? Here at Braids Beauty Beyond we are Beyond Prepared for your requested service! If for any reason you are unprepared for your appointment (i.e: Hair not in proper state, failure to add proper add-ons, providing incorrect hair, service change, tardy, etc.) your appointment may be canceled. In the event accommodations are made you will incur an additional $50.00-$125 surcharge.

Avoid additional charges:

-Plan to arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment You are given a 10 minute grace period after 10 tardy minutes $25 will be added to your remaining balance, after 20 minutes your appointment will automatically be canceled. If any accommodations are made you will incur a $50 surcharge.

-If any accommodations are made; same day add ons/ service change exceeding allotted service time by 20-30mins will incur a $50 surcharge, 35min+ will incur a $125 surcharge.

-No call-No show will be charged full balance of booked service using card on file. Cancellation with 48 hours of booked service will be charged 50% of booked service using card on file.

Sunday's & Before/After Hour:

All Sunday appointments and all appointments before 7am and after last appointment time (Between 4pm-6:30pm) depending on appointment duration are an additional $60

If no appointments are shown; all available time slots have been taken.

Emergency appointments:

-Same Day appointment
-Squeeze in appointment
-Holidays/Closed days appointments(Additional $125 per client)

Early booking:

Allows booking up to 4 weeks in advance (Additional $35 per client)
